Current Periodicals now on second floor - College of Charleston Libraries

In an effort to provide more and better utilize library space, the current periodicals have moved from the first floor to the second floor. They have been merged with the bound periodicals in the area above the circulation department. The benefits of this move are that all of the periodicals are now in one location and as stated earlier, we can better utilize the first floor space. We’re also investigating placing a library catalog computer in the periodicals area for research and to provide access to the Ask Us online chat for assistance. My sincerest thanks go out to the Cataloging, Circulation and Serials departments for all of their hard work in planning, shifting, changing labels and physically moving these materials to their new location on the second floor!
