Have you ever wondered who is behind the library’s chat box? This is Scott Howard, Student Employment and Community Services Specialist at the Marlene and Nathan Addlestone Library. He has been at the College for 1.5 years.
Howard has been supporting the campus during e-learning by assisting students and faculty via chat, phone, and email. He misses the in-person interactions with all of his coworkers, especially the student assistants.
