I read it in three days and I was extremely pleased that it wasn’t overblown or so unreal that it was not believable. The fictitious story told from the point of view of Alice Liddell was unique and refreshing especially considering the strange circumstances which revolved around Charles Dodgson. The book gives other possibilities of what was going on with both characters in their lives and with their families and even though it is historical fiction, I could easily imagine Alice being just like this.”
Delacorte Press (2010), Hardcover, 368 pages
