Join The College Reads! for a panel discussion of the book The New Jim Crow:  Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness.  The panel will be Major Naomi Broughton from the Charleston Police Department, Brandon Chapman from the College of Charleston, Reverend Joseph Darby from the NAACP, Pastor Thomas Dixon from The Coalition and Susan Dunn from the ACLU of SC.  It will be moderated by Dr. Mari Crabtree from the College of Charleston.
